Edyta Pietrzak is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Organization and Management, Lodz University of Technology, specializing in Civil Society Theories, Diversity Management, and Post-Anthropocentrism. She serves as Head of the Humanities Department, ECIU & TUL Citizen Science Research Field Coordinator, and Faculty Ombudswoman, with a focus on socio-political contexts of management and human rights.
