Luís Mota

Luís Mota is an Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (IPLeiria) and a full researcher at the Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies, University of Aveiro (GOVCOPP-UA). He also serves as a visiting researcher at the Portucalense Institute for Legal Research, Polytechnic of Leiria (IJP-IPLeiria). His work focuses on governance models, public policy analysis, and civil society engagement, particularly in centralized systems and local institutions.
