Edward Malthouse is the Erastus Otis Haven Professor of Integrated Marketing Communications and Professor of Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences at Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. He serves as Research Director for the Spiegel Center for Digital and Database Marketing and a Research Fellow for the Local News Initiative. His work bridges marketing, data science, and engineering, focusing on customer engagement, digital media analytics, and big data applications. He holds a PhD in Computational Statistics from Northwestern University and has held editorial roles at the Journal of Interactive Marketing and Journal of Service Research.
