Edward Kavazanjian is a Regents' Professor and Ira A. Fulton Professor of Geotechnical Engineering at Arizona State University's School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment. He leads the NSF-funded Center for Bio-mediated and Bio-inspired Geotechnics (CBBG), focusing on biogeotechnical engineering innovations for sustainable infrastructure.
