Edina Harbinja

Dr. Edina Harbinja is a Reader in Media/Privacy Law at Aston University, affiliated with the Aston Law School within the College of Business and Social Sciences. Her research focuses on privacy, data protection, post-mortem privacy, digital regulation, and AI ethics. She has published extensively on legal issues surrounding internet technologies and emerging trends, particularly in post-mortem privacy where she is a recognized pioneer.
