Edgardo Colón-Emeric is the Dean of Duke Divinity School and Ruth and A. Morris Williams, Jr. Professor of Theology and Christian Ministry. His work bridges Methodist and Catholic theological traditions, emphasizing ecumenism and Latin American perspectives.

Colón-Emeric’s research focuses on:

His publications highlight intersections of Christian humanism, reconciliation, and cultural synthesis. He directs the Center for Reconciliation and the Duke-Peru Theological Initiative.
