Ebony N. Bridwell-Mitchell is the Herbert A. Simon Professor of Education, Management, and Organizational Behavior at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education (HGSE). She serves as Faculty Co-Chair of the Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship (ELOE) program. Her research focuses on institutional and organizational dynamics affecting K-12 education reform, employing qualitative and quantitative methods like social network analysis.
