Hye-Jung EUN is an Assistant Professor in the People and Organizations Department at NEOMA Business School, France. She holds a PhD in International Business from Singapore Management University and a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on creativity, innovation, gender inequalities, diversity, and the future of work, with a particular emphasis on how socioeconomic factors influence creative potential and organizational dynamics.
