Hye-Jung EUN is an Assistant Professor in the People & Organisations department at NEOMA Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Business from Singapore Management University and an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge. Her teaching focuses on organizational behavior, leadership, and human resources management.
Research Interests: Creativity, innovation, gender inequalities, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work. She explores how organizational pressures impact creativity and work engagement, with a focus on micro-macro connections in the workplace.
Scientific Awards:
- Samsung Economic Research Institute Best doctoral student conference paper award
- Semi-finalist at the Asia Pacific 3 Minute Thesis competition
Conference Participation: Presented at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) Colloquium, with work on topics like gender differences in creativity, trust dynamics, and socioeconomic barriers to creative potential.
