Duncan Morrow is a Professor at Ulster University, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences and the Social Work and Social Policy Research department. He currently serves as Director of Community Engagement, fostering relationships with community groups across Northern Ireland.

He actively participates in academic events like the Peace Summit 2023 and Urban Universities as Catalysts symposium, while collaborating on projects such as EPIC Futures NI to address economic inactivity through partnership.
His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to social justice and inclusive communities. As a professor, he maintains full-time status and continues to shape discourse around conflict transformation and community engagement in divided societies.
