Dr Dru Marsh is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the School of Business, UNSW Canberra, and a Visiting Fellow contributing to research within the Public Service Research Group. He holds a PhD from University College Dublin (UCD), an LLB (Hons) from Monash University, and a BSc (Hons) from Monash University.
His research focuses on duties-based regulation, particularly in health and safety and environmental protection. He is actively involved in professional memberships, including serving as a Legal Member of the Department of Health Human Research Ethics Committee in Victoria since 2016 and leadership roles in organizations like Golden City Support Services Inc. and the Australasian Land and Groundwater Association Ltd.
Dru is a practicing solicitor admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2006 and volunteers as a community lawyer at Fitzroy Legal Service since 2017. His professional work includes managing internal reviews of remedial notices for a Victorian regulator and contributing to legal and regulatory frameworks in public service contexts.
