Douglas D. Ready

Douglas D. Ready is an Associate Professor of Education and Public Policy at Teachers College, Columbia University, where he serves as Director of the Consortium for Policy Research in Education (CPRE-TC). His research focuses on the intersections of education policy, social policy, and educational equity, particularly how policies influence socio-demographic disparities in cognitive development.
