Dorte Sandager Gaugler is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Department of People and Technology, affiliated with the Center for Organizational Psychology at Roskilde University. Her work focuses on leadership development, organizational change, team dynamics, and conflict resolution. She holds a Master of the Psychology of Organization (2006) and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication (1994), complemented by extensive certifications in process consultation, coaching, and team development. She is the owner of Transitions ApS and a Senior Partner at Action Lab A/S, alongside her academic role.
Her research explores the intersection of physical space, organizational psychology, and leadership, as seen in her 2020 article on spatial dynamics. She emphasizes actionable learning environments for self-awareness in leadership (2019) and network boundaries in organizational collaboration (2016). Her earlier work (2012) highlighted creativity and innovation strategies in teams. She has over two decades of consulting experience, including roles at Accenture and Novo Nordisk, specializing in leadership development and organizational transformation.
Her advisory and consulting work spans private and public sectors, with a focus on global organizational challenges. She co-founded Transitions ApS to address complex change processes and is actively involved in executive education through Roskilde University.
