Stephanie Rehbock

Dr. Stephanie Rehbock is a Lecturer for Responsible Leadership at Munich Business School since 2023. She holds a doctorate in organizational psychology and serves as a leadership coach and management consultant. Concurrently, she works as a Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, leading the Talent & Organization Change Management Practice in the DACH region and contributing to talent recruitment and team development.

She studied Communication Science and Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and Sciences Po Paris. Her professional background includes corporate development at Siemens AG focused on leadership development, change management consulting at Accenture (including assignments in Shanghai), and prior academic roles as a researcher and lecturer at TUM School of Management and Amsterdam Business School.

Her research centers on change management and leadership paradigms, including leading self/others/organizations, digital-age leadership, and international team dynamics. She integrates practical industry experience with academic insights to address contemporary organizational challenges.
