Dr. Donna Metlicka is an Associate Professor of Education at the University of St. Francis, where she has served as a faculty member and Elementary Education Program Coordinator since 2003. She earned her B.S., M.S., and Ed.D. from Northern Illinois University. Her academic interests focus on literacy, instructional improvement, and addressing the diverse needs of students.

She actively participates in professional conferences across the U.S. and leads a faculty-led student travel program to Europe annually.
