Dr. Erin Evans is a Professor of Education at the University of St. Francis, affiliated with the College of Education since 2011. She specializes in STEM education and curriculum development, with a focus on meeting diverse student needs.

- B.S. in Elementary/Middle School Education (Illinois State University)
Her research emphasizes elementary STEM education and environmental education, informed by her academic and professional background. Dr. Evans teaches science, social studies, and classroom management methods courses for elementary and special education/secondary candidates. She previously taught middle school science and holds teaching licenses with endorsements in science, social science, and language arts, along with K-12 administrative licensure. Beyond academia, she enjoys nature, photography, and family travel to national parks in a vintage Airstream.
