Dr. Diletta Acuti is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Marketing at the University of Bath's School of Management, affiliated with the Centre for Business, Organisations and Society (CBOS) and the Retail Lab. Her research focuses on CSR communication, sustainable consumption, consumer behavior, and retailing, contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has published in leading journals such as Journal of Business Ethics and European Journal of Marketing, and has organized international conferences on CSR communication and retailing.
Her work examines how effective communication can drive responsible consumer behavior, with recent publications exploring sustainable tourism, shrinkflation, and digital fashion in the metaverse. She is an Associate Editor of Psychology & Marketing and actively contributes to academic discourse through guest editorships and conference leadership.
