Dr. Diego Silva is a Senior Lecturer in Bioethics at Sydney Health Ethics and the Sydney School of Public Health, University of Sydney. His work bridges public health ethics, political theory, and infectious disease management, with a focus on tuberculosis, antimicrobial resistance, and pandemic preparedness. He combines qualitative methods with conceptual analysis to address ethical challenges in health security.
