Diego Palano is a Research Fellow at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Bocconi University, affiliated with the Strategy and Operations department. He teaches a course on Hypergrowth to full-time MBA students and supports VC funds and startups as a Co-Founder, Advisor, and Mentor.

- Master of Science in Control Systems Engineering, La Sapienza University of Rome
His research and teaching interests span Growth Strategy, Strategic and Business Planning, Digital Innovation, and Globalization. With a career bridging academia and industry, he co-founded two Unicorn digital ventures (Westwing.it, Facile.it) and invested in three Venture Capital funds (Italian Founders Fund, 40Jemz, Rialto.vc). His prior experience includes two years at The Boston Consulting Group and entrepreneurial roles in startups.
