Dr. Diederik Burgersdijk serves as Assistant Professor in Classical Literature and Ancient History at Utrecht University, affiliated with the Department of Languages, Literature and Communication within the Humanities faculty. His work spans multiple institutional connections including the Institute for Cultural Inquiry and Medieval Culture research group. Burgersdijk actively contributes to academic life through teaching in the Master's program in Ancient, Medieval, and Renaissance Studies, while maintaining significant editorial responsibilities and international collaborations.
