Dr Didem Taser-Erdogan is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, within the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences. She is actively engaged in research, teaching, and PhD supervision, focusing on gender, diversity, and work-life integration.
