Dr. Kubra Uygur is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Brunel Business School, Brunel University. She holds a PhD from the University of Birmingham, where her research focused on the cultural identity of Ottoman Armenians through Armeno-Turkish print media analysis using post-colonial and public sphere theories. Her interdisciplinary expertise bridges history, sociology, and business studies.
