Diane Martinez

Diane Martinez is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at Western Carolina University (WCU), located within the College of Arts and Sciences. She previously served as Director of the Professional Writing Program from 2014 to 2019. Her academic work bridges technical and professional writing education with international collaboration, notably through her Fulbright Scholarship (2022-2023) at Ludwigsburg University of Education in Germany. She holds a PhD from Utah State University and a Master’s and Bachelor’s from New Mexico State University.
