Diane Hansford is a Lecturer in English, Literacies and Language Education at the University of New England, within the School of Education, Faculty of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences and Education. She is based in the Department of Humanities Education and contributes to teacher education programs with a focus on literacy and language.
Her research interests include literacy development (primary and adult), English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D), curriculum development, Aboriginal education, and the integration of information technology in flexible learning environments.
