Dewi Tojib is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Monash Business School, Monash University (Australia), affiliated with the Victorian Heart Institute (VHI). She specializes in services marketing, focusing on consumer responses to service failures, technology adoption in services, and omni-channel experiences. Her research has been published in top journals like the Journal of Service Management and European Journal of Marketing.
