Dr. Deinera Exner-Cortens is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Calgary's Faculty of Arts, holding multiple prestigious appointments including CIHR Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Childhood Health Promotion, Adjunct Associate Professor in the Faculty of Social Work, and Joint Appointment in the Cumming School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry.
