Debra A. Noumair is Professor of Psychology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and Founder & Director of the Executive MA Program in Change Leadership (XMA) within the Department of Organization and Leadership. She actively engages in teaching, consulting, coaching, and research, focusing on systems psychodynamics applied to organizational change. Her work emphasizes systemic thinking, addressing covert dynamics in social systems, and advancing underrepresented groups through executive coaching and systemic barrier analysis.
