Deborah Lowell Shindell is an Associate Professor at the Orvis School of Nursing within the University of Nevada, Reno. Her career is dedicated to improving healthcare for underserved populations through clinical practice, education, and research. She holds certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE).
