Deborah M. Jean-Baptiste

Deborah M. Jean-Baptiste, PhD, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, CNE is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program at Regis College. With a background in nursing education, occupational medicine, and sickle cell disease research, she focuses on primary prevention and healthcare worker wellness.

Clinically, she specializes in occupational medicine, applying OSHA and Department of Labor protocols to workplace injury care and healthcare worker safety. Her career began in underserved primary care settings, integrating physical and mental wellness interventions.
