Deborah Lee

Deborah Lee is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Library and Information Studies at University College London (UCL). Her research focuses on knowledge organisation, cataloguing, and music information classification, with interests in the classification of forms and genres, art information organisation, and cataloguing education.

Her work examines how music is classified within library studies and musicology, and she has published in journals such as JASIST, Journal of Documentation, and Knowledge Organisation. She also leads modules on cataloguing, classification, and knowledge organisation at UCL.
