Deborah Doyle Belknap, JD, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Turock School of Arts and Sciences at Keystone College, holding dual appointments in Criminal Justice and Psychology departments. She co-founded and co-directs the Keystone College Juvenile Justice Institute. Her work focuses on trauma's impact on criminal behavior, capital punishment reforms, and legal psychology. She teaches courses including Forensic Psychology, Psychology of Trauma, and Constitutional Law.
