David A. Wirth is Professor and Dean's Distinguished Scholar at Boston College Law School, specializing in international law with appointments in environmental policy at MIT and Tufts Fletcher School. Previously, he served as Attorney-Adviser for Oceans and International Environmental Affairs at the U.S. State Department.
