Jeremy Leong

Jeremy Leong is an Adjunct Lecturer at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and the School of Arts and Sciences, Economics Department at Tufts University. He concurrently serves as a practicing attorney and founder of Acton Law LLC, specializing in corporate law, cross-border restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor of Law at Singapore Management University, focusing on international financial and commercial law.

Education: Graduate degrees in international relations (Fletcher School) and law (Harvard Law School). Notable academic honors include the Dean's Scholar in Empirical Analysis of Law at Harvard and dual prizes for excellence in international law at Fletcher.

Research interests span corporate law, international financial regulation, and cross-border insolvency frameworks. His work has been published in Singapore and the U.S., with notable contributions cited in the Harvard Law Review.

Teaching: Courses include International Financial & Fiscal Law, Business Law, and International Business Transactions at Tufts. Professional practice includes advising multinational corporations and insolvency practitioners across Asia and the U.S.
