David Trick is a Contract Lecturer in the Department of Politics & Public Administration at Toronto Metropolitan University and is affiliated with the Yeates School of Graduate Studies. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Toronto and has a distinguished background in public administration and higher education policy.
