David Skuse is Professor of Behavioural and Brain Sciences at the Institute of Child Health, University College London, and Honorary Consultant in Developmental Neuropsychiatry at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. He is affiliated with UCL's Population, Policy & Practice Dept and has been active in academic and clinical roles since 1985.

Recent publications demonstrate expertise in electroretinography-based diagnostics, machine learning applications, and global health disparities in neurodevelopmental disorder management. His work bridges clinical psychiatry, neuroscience, and public health policy.
