David Lock

David Lock KC is a Visiting Professor in Practice at the London School of Economics and a part-time Deputy High Court Judge in the King’s Bench and Family Divisions, as well as a Recorder in the Crown Court. He retired from active practice as a barrister in late 2022 after a career focused on public and administrative law. He was honored as 'Public Law Silk of the Year' in 2020.
