David Southern

David Southern KC, a Visiting Professorial Fellow at the School of Law, Queen Mary University of London, combines academic expertise with extensive practice in tax litigation and advisory roles. He has served as a barrister at Temple Tax Chambers since 1998, specializing in complex tax cases across courts including the Court of Justice of the European Union, House of Lords, and High Court.
