David Koepsell is an Instructional Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Texas A&M University. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy, J.D. in Law, and B.A. in English/Political Science from the University of Buffalo. His research focuses on digital identities, legal ontology, and the intersection of technology, law, and ethics. He has authored works on scientific integrity, genomic data privacy, and the ethics of converging technologies. Koepsell has been funded by Mexico’s CONACyT and currently teaches courses on moral issues, philosophy of law, and philosophy through film.
