David Jiles Jr. is a Black Boston-based professional actor, singer, and teaching artist. He serves as an Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music, where he teaches Voice, Acting, and Musical Theatre. Additionally, he teaches Theatre and Voice at Emerson College. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, he is a prolific performer with over 60 annual gigs and actively explores audience-performer connections. He holds roles on StageSource’s board and is a member of Actors Equity and the Musical Theatre Educators Alliance. A certified 300-hour yoga instructor, he also pursues training in the Linklater Voice Method.
