David G. Hawkins is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and serves as the Director of Climate Programs at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in New York. He previously held roles as Assistant Administrator for Air, Noise, and Radiation at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and practiced law in Washington, D.C.
