Joshua U. Galperin is a Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School and an Associate Professor of Law at the Elisabeth Marrazzo School of Law at Pace University. He previously served as the Environmental Law and Policy Program Director at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies (F&ES). His research focuses on the law of takings and just compensation, particularly in the context of climate change adaptation, and the law and policy of invasive species management.

He co-managed a dual law-environment degree program across F&ES, Pace, Vermont, and Yale Law Schools.
Teaching & Leadership: Teaches Environmental Protection Clinic and Environmental Law at Yale. Known for integrating legal and environmental policy expertise into practical solutions for climate adaptation and ecological challenges.
