Jack Hornickel is an Adjunct Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he joined in 2021 as the first Staff Attorney for the Food and Farm Business Law Clinic. He provides transactional legal services to small farms, food and beverage entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations focused on improving the food system, with particular emphasis on intergenerational farm succession, land use, conservation, and land access.
