David Foster

Captain David Foster is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine, with a dual appointment in the Department of Pediatrics. He serves in active military roles, currently as Director of Branch Clinics in Naval Medical Readiness and Training Command San Diego since August 2023, overseeing 1,100 personnel across 10 medical and 15 dental clinics.
