David E. March

David E. March is an Adjunct Professor and legal professional with significant experience in corporate and constitutional law. He currently serves as Director Counsel, Operational Strategies for Target, managing transactional matters and legal affairs for subsidiaries. Additionally, March founded the Minnesota Corporate Pro Bono Council and contributes to organizations such as Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and the Minnesota Bar Association's Access to Justice Committee.

• Education: B.A. from University of Minnesota, Duluth; J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law).

His research and professional interests focus on Constitutional Law, Legal Reasoning, and Civil Legal Aid, particularly addressing immigration, housing, and poverty issues. March is actively engaged in advancing access to justice through pro bono initiatives.
