Cassandra Jacobsen

Cassandra Jacobsen is an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and an associate attorney at Cozen O’Connor, specializing in complex business and commercial litigation matters. Her practice areas include real estate and leasing issues, contract disputes, religious land use disputes, employment disputes, and constitutional challenges.

Prior to law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal for nearly a decade, gaining hands-on experience in patent litigation, construction defect litigation, and insurance disputes. She serves on Cozen O’Connor’s Women’s Initiative and Pro Bono Committees and co-chairs the Minnesota Federal Bar Association’s Newer Lawyers Committee.
