David D. Velloney

David D. Velloney, Senior Lecturer at Regent University School of Law, has a distinguished career spanning academia, military service, and church leadership. He joined Regent's full-time faculty in 2008 as an associate professor, teaching criminal law, constitutional criminal procedure, trial practice, and national security law. From 2013 to 2022, he served as an adjunct professor and senior lecturing fellow while also holding the role of executive pastor at River Oak Church.
