David Coen is Professor of Public Policy at the Department of Political Science and School of Public Policy, University College London (UCL). He serves as Pro Vice Provost at UCL and directs the Global Governance Institute. His career includes prior roles at London Business School, Max Planck Institute, and visiting fellowships at the European University Institute, Fulbright Commission, and Harvard University.
