David Avdul is an Instructor at the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship within DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business. He currently serves as the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at DePaul University, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources roles across financial services and medical device industries, as well as seven years in higher education. His expertise includes compensation and benefits, pension programs, and global HR management.

As an active guest lecturer in Chicago-area colleges, he teaches human resources management and compensation courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels. His professional contributions include redesigning health and welfare programs, managing pension plans, and collaborating with global consulting firms like Mercer and Towers Watson.
