Daryna Dvornichenko serves as a Visiting Research Fellow at The Dickson Poon School of Law, University of Oxford, and participates in the Women in War and International Politics (WIWIP) initiative at King’s College London. She founded the WeForWomen Initiative and leads the NGO "Agents of Change!" alongside the Research Centre for International Governance and Dispute Resolution (CIGAD).
Her research critically examines gendered migration patterns and internal displacement dynamics affecting Ukrainian women due to wartime conditions, with emphasis on systemic challenges faced during displacement. Current work investigates mass human rights violations in Ukrainian territories and non-government-controlled areas, intersecting with international legal frameworks and dispute resolution mechanisms through her CIGAD leadership.
CIGAD operates as a collaborative hub connecting academics, policymakers, and practitioners to address global governance challenges, while her WeForWomen Initiative specifically targets educational empowerment for young women from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds through structured capacity-building programs.
