Dario Latella

Dario Latella is an Associate Professor of Commercial Law (IUS-04) at the Department of Law, University of Messina, where he teaches Commercial Law, European Company Law, and specialized courses on Business Crisis Management. Born on March 6, 1971 in Messina, he combines his academic career with active legal practice as a Supreme Court lawyer registered with the Messina Bar Association.

His research focuses on Commercial Law with particular expertise in Bankruptcy Law, Business Crisis Management, and European Company Law. Professor Latella has published 82 works, primarily book chapters with major legal publishers including Giappichelli, Aranzadi, and Wolters Kluwer.
